What experience do I need to own a massage franchise with Citrus Massage?
We seek business builders who have a general understanding of business management and a cheerful disposition. Most importantly, we seek owners who truly enjoy working with people. We expect our franchise owners to be owner-operators, with a passion for inclusivity, compassion, and a positive work environment. We are looking for financially qualified individuals who understand the powerful healing possibilities of massage therapy, and the impact a thriving small business can have on a community.
What is provided as part of the Citrus Massage franchise program?

At Citrus Massage, we are excited to teach you everything we know about operating a massage therapy franchise. We offer initial and ongoing training and will start with a week of training in Chandler, Arizona before the opening of your spa. Next, members of our team will join you at your location for another five days to help you open your doors with confidence. In addition, you will have access to our exclusive confidential operations manual to help operate your spa properly on a day-to-day basis. Once you’re open, we’ll be right there with you every step of the way to provide support and help you navigate the journey of spa ownership.

How much will the Citrus Massage franchise program cost me?

The total initial investment necessary to begin operations ranges from $411,500 to $585,500 per location. This includes a $60,000 initial franchise fee for a single unit agreement. As with any new venture, it’s important to have adequate capital to fund your initial business growth stages.

Is financing available?
We do not provide direct financing to franchise owners, but we may refer to financing sources on a case-by-case basis.
Are there ongoing fees to pay?

We charge a royalty fee equal to 6% of gross revenues. Royalties allow us to fund our ongoing support services, training, and the continued development of programs, supply channels, training programs, and systems upgrades to guide you when you own a massage franchise with Citrus Massage. Are there any advertising fees?

Citrus Massage franchise owners will spend $10,000 on grand opening promotions and are required to spend a minimum of $500 per month on local marketing. Franchise owners will also contribute 2% of gross revenues into the system marketing fund. Collected funds will be used to develop marketing strategies and materials designed to help promote the Citrus Massage brand.

What is the term of the agreement?
The initial term of your agreement is ten years, with three subsequent successor agreement options of five years.
