Initial Training

We invite you and one other team member to join us at our flagship location for in-class and on-the-job training to ensure you’re confident and ready to open your business. We’ll also spend time with you and your team at your Citrus Massage location and we’ll be there on opening day to make sure everything goes smoothly.

Ongoing Support

We’ll be with you every step of the way with ongoing support, continuing education, and industry updates. And, of course, any time you knead us, we’re just a phone call or message away.

    Jacy and Seth Boyack, self-proclaimed massage connoisseurs, brought Citrus Massage to life to better fulfill the upscale, yet accessible, spa experience they hoped to receive as a consumer, but never had luck finding anywhere else.

    Jacy’s creativity and her ability to build a brand started as a founder/ director of a non-profit organization that empowered women to overcome hardships in their lives. From there, she took over as the Creative Director for all things Citrus Massage and has developed the Citrus Massage experience that has been wildly embraced today.

    Seth’s background has been in the financial sector and over the last decade he’s devoted his time helping disabled Veterans get an education in the Information Technology field, along with helping them find meaningful employment.

    Together, Jacy and Seth have created something truly special – from the fresh and minimalistic design inspired by the citrus groves of Arizona, to the exceptional customer service, to the quality of treatments provided, to the overall culture that defines Citrus Massage. Since opening the doors of their flagship location in May 2019, they’ve jumped in with both feet and become part of something bigger than themselves or their business. It’s better than they ever could have imagined and they can’t wait to share The Citrus Way with everyone, everywhere!
